I love people... to see people grow, find their strengths, connect with themselves or with resources they need to be successful. Whether individuals, groups, teams, in the community, I've spent my career leading and supporting teams and creating environments where people feel seen, capable, and empowered. I'm steady in chaos, practical when life or things get messy or tough, and driven by a people-first, servant-leadership approach that brings out the best in everyone.

I'm also a musician and DJ who loves creating moments that connect people. 

Whether leading a grocery store, collaborating with a community organization, or bringing energy to an event, my goal is always the same: help people find their footing, feel supported, untangle messy situations or thought, and leave better than they showed up.
